From the moment we walked into D&D, we knew we had found the right people. We originally stopped in looking for Schluter samples, and we left feeling like we had made new friends. Every time we visited the showroom, we were treated more like family than customers. Their kindness, hospitality, and genuine care are so refreshing and hard to find these days.
And that's before they even started our bathroom remodel.
Dillon and Derrick are some of the kindest, most knowledgeable, professional, and talented people we've had the pleasure of working with. They showed up every day ready to work, treated our home with respect, and kept us involved throughout the entire process. At the end of each day, they would walk us through everything they had accomplished, answer any questions we had, and make sure we were all on the same page before the next day's work. We couldn't have asked for better communication.
The craftsmanship is second to none. Derrick and Dillon's attention to detail, especially with our arched shower, completely blew us away. It was a challenging design, and they executed it flawlessly. We never imagined it would turn out this beautiful. Every detail was carefully thought out, and the finished bathroom truly feels like something out of a magazine. It's our dream bathroom.
We also really appreciated how reasonably priced they were without ever compromising on quality. We couldn't have left our home in more capable hands.
For our project, we handled the painting ourselves and had our own plumber complete the final plumbing connections, but the renovation work Dillon and Derrick completed exceeded every expectation we had.
Beyond their incredible work, they're simply wonderful people. The entire D&D family is down to earth, honest, and genuinely cares about their customers. We feel incredibly blessed that what started as a bathroom remodel turned into friendships.
