We started Double D's Floors and More, INC because we believed in doing business the right way—honest, hardworking, and with a personal touch. As two cousins with a shared vision and the support of our wives, we came together not just as family, but as a team committed to building something of our own. What began as a conversation between relatives quickly turned into a plan to offer flooring and home improvement solutions with the kind of care and quality we’d want for our own homes.

We saw a need in our community for a company that truly values craftsmanship, transparency, and customer service. Too often, people are treated like just another number, and we knew we could do better. Our wives help run the shop, keeping things organized, welcoming customers, and bringing their own eye for detail and design—this business really is a family affair.

Derrick Schneider
Derrick is a proud third-generation contractor with deep-rooted expertise in drywall, tile, and flooring. Raised in the trades, he brings a hands-on approach and a lifelong commitment to quality craftsmanship. His reputation is built on reliability, precision, and an unwavering work ethic — qualities that shine through in every project he takes on.
Whether he’s managing a small remodel or leading a large-scale renovation, Derrick approaches each job with dedication, integrity, and a focus on exceeding client expectations.
Outside of work, Derrick is a devoted husband, proud father to his son Xander, and dog dad to Zeus. His dedication to family and craftsmanship is reflected in everything he does — both on and off the job site.
Dillon Pinkstock
Dillon brings a sharp eye for detail and a legacy of craftsmanship as a third generation flooring installer. Dillon was raised in his parent's flooring store and knows all the ins and outs of all flooring types. With his attention to detail and strong sense of dependability and self motivation leading the way, Dillon specializes in custom tile work.
Dillon takes great pride in his work, something he attributes to working alongside his dad for years. He is committed to excellence in all he does and shows up each day to give 100%.
Besides being half of Double D's, Dillon is a loving, hands on dad to six beautiful kids (Bella, Carter, Hazel, Elijah, Winnie and Frankie) and a devoted husband to Aimee.
Ashley Schneider
Ashley is a detail-oriented professional with a passion for interior finishes and designing spaces that are as functional as they are beautiful. Before joining Double D’s Floors and More, she honed her leadership and organizational skills as a Grand Salon Supervisor and Patient Care Coordinator. These roles equipped her with a strong foundation in logistics, team coordination, and client service — all of which she now brings to her position managing scheduling and distributor relations to keep projects running smoothly.
Ashley is married to Derrick, and together they’re raising their son, Xander — who joins her at the shop each day, along with their dog Zeus. Both Xander and Zeus proudly serve as part of the Double D’s welcoming committee, making every visit to the showroom feel warm, personal, and truly family-run.
Aimee Pinkstock
Aimee comes from a background in the medical world, where consistency and transparency meet. She's received numerous certificates and awards for her service driven, customer centered approach. A keen sense of detail allows Aimee to execute daily functions efficiently and effectively.
Aimee is married to her best friend, Dillon. They share six beautiful babies- the most beautiful parts of her life. Outside of work she is a full time chauffer and a permanent fixture at track meets, soccer games, baseball games, dance recitals and anything happening in her backyard. Aside from her human kids, she has a dog-Dolly Parton and three goats- Beastie Boy, Stanley Tucci and Fancy Raye Baker.
